Fire in the Sky - Dusy Basin

Sunset along the shores of an unnamed lake in Dusy Basin, Kings Canyon National Park. After enduring hours of rain, hail, and lightning the sky cleared into a glorious sunset. Oftentimes during summer storms in the Sierra, as clouds are lifted over the mountains the western sky remains clear, allowing the setting sun to light up the clouds from underneath resulting in a glowing sky of all colors.
