Gaze - Western Screech Owl

Western Screech Owl, Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve, California. Incredibly, this owl would roost in a dead Oak tree directly adjacent to a busy trail, and seemed to not even notice the many onlookers who walked passed - many of whom had an extremely difficult time even finding the Owl it blended in so well with the tree.
