Lava Cracks, Isabella Island, Galapagos. Isabella Island is one of the younger islands of the Galapagos, formed from the several active volcanoes on the island. The Island is quite barren, and although this landscape looks harmless enough, Isabella Island rests on the equator and the heat radiating off these rocks was intense.
