Caiman - Tortuguero

Caiman (Caiman crocodilus) peaking its head above water in the waters of Tortuguero, Costa Rica. This Caiman was seen from our boat on an early morning boat exploration of the canals of Tortuguero, a bit eery to see it as close to our boat as it was - just watching with a hungry eye.
